People generally DO judge a book by its cover. Your book cover design is the most important advertising element in selling your book. That is why your book layout design must have a professional appearance, with a cover design that will draw the attention of your target market. 
BYBLOS DESIGN is competitive with the industry standard rates on book cover design. A cover design can have imagery or in some cases can be entirely typographic. If you have potential images that you would like to use, please be sure to obtain written permissions and or the appropriate licensing. BYBLOS DESIGN can obtain images from our image vendor listings that include fees ranging from $50 to $300 or more depending on the type and size of the image needed.
Your book cover design will begin production once you have determined the specs of the book (final title and/or subtitle, dimensions, page count and whether it’s a hardcover or paperback). In addition, you will need an ISBN number and barcode for the back cover. Unless you are also using BYBLOS DESIGN to design and format the interior of the book. See “Book Interiors” below for more information. We can also suggest a printer from our preferred vendors list and BYBLOS DESIGN is available after the art files are submitted to the printer for any issues that may arise.
* All Design Packages are based on design only and are delivered in digital “print-ready format”. They do not include printing cost. Printing is available upon request and will require a separate quote. Printing cost is based on quantity, paper stock and type of printing.
